1. Do you work in your specialty? (If not, which one?) 

Yes, I do work. I teach both French and English. 

1. How long did it take you to find a job? Was it easy to find a job? 

- It was not easy to find a job because I didn't know how to do it. When you start looking for a job, you will notice that schools do not post vacancies.I got a job at the first school on the first of September. This was the school I graduated from. I came to the line on the first of September, I was told that their French teacher suddenly quit, so they urgently need a teacher.I bet it only happens in movies. The institute helped me with getting into a second school - I called and asked if they had any vacancies. And only the third time I understood how it was done: I sent out resumes to 80 nearby schools. About 15 answered. 5 were called for interviews. It was easy. 

1. Are you currently engaged in scientific activities? Are you continuing your studies at the moment (master's, postgraduate)? Can you combine it with work? 

- I'm not doing it, I'm not continuing. I plan to take the TKT (Teaching Knowledge Test). 

1. What plans did you have for your career when you graduated, and did they match reality? 

- I wanted to teach French at school. For a long time I did not agree to speak English. She led the theater in English and the theater in French. Now I teach French and English, and I have the same number of hours. I would prefer not to speak English. I thought that my children would definitely not read piscine as "piskin". But the truth is, if a child wants to learn, he will learn. And if he doesn't want to, he won't. Of course, the teacher influences the desire to learn. But there are those in front of whom you even break into a cake - they will not do anything. You have to be ready for this. In reality, children are different. There are those who immediately get the correct pronunciation and who grasp on the fly. And there are those who, after several years of study, remember only "Bonjour", "ça va" and "au revoir".

1. Why did you choose MCU? 

- That year, MCU was merged with MGPI, my friend at that time had been studying at MGPI for a year and told me about it. Through the Moscow State Pedagogical Institute, it was possible to apply with my points (232) to the budget. The competition was only 7 people per place. 

1. How satisfied are you with your education at MCU? 

- To a sufficient extent.

1. In your opinion, what qualities should a student (future graduate) have in order to get a job in his specialty? 

- Self-confidence, perseverance, professionalism, well-delivered speech.

1. What, in your opinion, from the university curriculum helped you to adapt most of all in your professional activities? 

- Practice at school in the 4th year. When my classmate and I came to school, the teacher who was supposed to supervise us said "do all the lessons for me" and left. And we remained to lead the lessons in turn. No, we didn't have any assignments. And they did not tell what the children did in the previous lesson. No joke, it helped a lot to adapt, because every day you have to deal with new unforeseen circumstances. 

1. Have you ever wanted to take part in an internship? Maybe you were an intern? Tell us briefly about the countries you have visited and the experience you have gained. 

- I would gladly take part in an internship, but there was no such opportunity - the institute did not offer it, and I myself was not interested: there was no time and energy. 

1. What wishes would you give to your institute? 

- I don't know what our department is like now. I heard that many of the French teachers who taught me have left. I would like my institute to raise the salaries of teachers, because when I was interested in this issue, it was simply ridiculous. The salary of teachers at a school in Moscow is many times higher.
